MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by NIMA FOUNDER LTD (“we”, “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Mobile Terms of Service. We may modify or cancel the Service or its features at any time without notice. Subject to applicable law, we may also change these terms, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

By opting in to SMS messaging from NIMA FOUNDER LTD, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from or on behalf of NIMA FOUNDER LTD at the number you provided, including messages sent via automatic dialer or other technology—even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. These may include transactional (e.g., order updates) or promotional (e.g., offers) messages.

Participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.

We do not charge for the Service, but message/data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Message frequency may vary. Check with your provider for more details. You are solely responsible for these charges.
